Soothing method to calm your child

The effectiveness of this technique is highly positive because of how your child is focusing on several perspectives at the same time, without the distraction of their own chaos within. Also, the bonding time they have with you, where you are 100% attentive on them is very good.

As you continue to encourage them to focus on their hand placement, their breath, their movement, and energy, their central nervous system will automatically rebalance and reset, calming them more and more each time you do this session with them.

I don't like to call this 'breath work' because breathing by function is an effortless process that a healthy body does.

Watch this video that I do with a 4-year-old boy, and you can also do this with a child at 2-years-old just modified so they only need to take nice deep breaths in.
